CONSTRUCTION OF UCIC PLANT FACILITY PROJECT (PHASE 2 & PHASE 3)

The project scope includes the procurement and construction of main factory building with internal services rooms, equipment platforms, two-level administration block, and firewall for compartment areas. The scope also comprises of the covered stockyard for raw materials (Microns bldg.), switchgear/ transformer buildings, electrical substation, loading/ receiving/ shipping dock area, installation of material storage silos and process (Farrell) machine/ equipment, asphalt road/ parking areas with pavement markings, external concrete pavement, hardscaping, landscaping, underground tanks/ pits, trenches, manholes, external and internal domestic electro-mechanical works with special works such as reverse osmosis system, process water cooling system, dust collection system, compressed air system and instrumentation works.
